All truth about shelter "Lubimetz" ("Pet") (Russia, Tula)

At the very beginning when we found out about Tuman, there was a story on the Russian animal help forum “Dog and Cat”. Here is the topic «Dog and Cat».
On this page the photos made at one and the same time are posted. This was when Moscow found out about those poor dogs. Please look through the whole topic using at least Google Language Tools and you will understand what kind of horror and a concentration camp it is for dogs to be there… People who write in the topic have visited the dog shelter themselves and managed to save several dogs from it. So I will reveal some quotes from this very topic, you can read them too.

"Dogs have dystrophy and bedsores, skin diseases, allergy. They have green snivel. Dogs in this shelter are called condemned to death."

"A red one – a little blind dog. She doesn’t react to the voice too. We wanted to take her but she (Marina) does not allow to do that. I don’t know who is the poodle. Don’t know. I considered this one to be a female. The veterinarians didn’t remember the gender of the dog. Today the director said it is Trezor (a male)."

"I have just taken my Yorshik from girls in the suburb. I shiver with horror after what I have seen, the so-called fox (fox-terrier) never ate fully – it s a tiny doggy of a miniature pincher size with the weight of 3 kg max and in ill-being. I suppose the dogs are sold by weight. The fox cost 800 rubles, and my MIXED-BREED with weight of 5 kg cost 1000 rubles, American Staffordshire terriers and bull terrier are even more expensive. I cannot understand the prices on mongrels if previously 150-200 rubles were discussed. Dogs in Moscow on the animal market are cheaper. Or I have an exclusive one? You can suspect what is inside. The weight is 4 kilos. Veterinarians are shocked with the state of the dog!"

"The cat is alive but is in a very ill-being… Caliciviros (not sure whether it is written this way) Lenochka (Shee) worries about the cat!!!! They can’t take the cat from the shelter because of this disease – nobody wants to risk HIS own animals and that’s an obvious reason."

"The common opinion- this is a CONCENTRATION CAMP!!! All dogs have Doshirak noodles as a meal, Trapeza (dry feed). All dogs are all horn and hide!!! There are about 30 dogs. Breeds are a malamute (Tuman), a hound, a mittel- schnauzer, a couple of shepherds. One of the shepherds is almost bald, because of demodicidosis (photo). Local veterinarians call it “Some nasty thing!” Others are mongrels but one cannot look at them without tears. The dogs have a sleep on one centimeter dirty and wet sawdust. The slogan of the shelter is “It can be better only at home!” The girls were leaving completely shocked! Prices to buy from are different (seems to depend on dog’s weight ). This boy didn’t survive but he died in warmth and had some time to get care from people. He died from stroke BUT it was impossible to struggle for his life because of a total exhaustion (((( (link)

To cheer up after the photos viewed have a look at one of the “prisoners” of the shelter, paralyzed malamute Tuman who was one of the shelter dogs but now is happy with his new family, at new home and… in the new country )))) It took him 4 months to get home. It was a real miracle happened to him! )))) We didn’t just go by when found out about Tuman and then found a new home for him. Thanks to his new owner Friedel that she didn’t lose her heart and had been struggling for him till the end! )))

We know that almost all breed-lovers are struggling for saving dogs from this shelter, recover them and find new homes. Great thanks to all of you for that! Thanks to cat-lovers who also strive for the shelter cats’ life! )))) The main thing is not to lose your heart! You all are heroes!
And we do think that we have the right to express our opinion on what is going on there. If somebody saw a human attitude, but not a commercial one, of the shelter owner to the animals kept, such topics wouldn’t be created. And thank you all who were not intimidated to change the life of the animals of this shelter!

The dogs on the photos where you can see them at home or in clinic are the dogs saved from the shelter-concentration camp.

Judge yourself. The best thing to help these animals is to take them from the shelter.
